ゼネラルマネージャー/ General Manager

A global integrated security solutions company is seeking a General Manager. The selected candidate will drive business performance, shape local strategy, and ensure operational excellence through strong leadership and commercial execution.

Responsibilities:

• Drive business performance and achieve P&L targets
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial insights for global stakeholders
• Monitor business objectives and execute actions to meet targets
• Develop and implement business strategies aligned with global and local goals
• Identify growth opportunities and support sales initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams and represent the region in strategic discussions
• Build strong customer and partner relationships to drive sales growth
• Support sales presentations and bid negotiations
• Champion high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction
• Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing team
• Support team members in resolving operational challenges and removing blockers
• Drive performance, engagement, collaboration, and retention
• Communicate global initiatives and ensure alignment with local execution
• Ensure smooth daily operations and business continuity
• Develop and implement continuity and crisis management plans
• Address operational, technical, and reputational risks proactively

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of proven management experience with a strong foundation in sales, operations, project management, and team leadership
• Deep knowledge of integrated electronic security solutions; experience with data centers or similar technical products/solutions
• Experience in business planning, P&L management, and strategic execution
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM/ERP systems
• Fluent level written and verbal Japanese and English
