上級スペシャリスト/ Senior Specialist

A global pharmaceutical company is seeking a Senior Specialist DDIT OPS Mfg Site IT. The selected candidate will support stable IT operations, streamline communication with global teams, and drive effective system alignment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate communication between global IT and local business teams
• Maintain stable IT service operations across change and incident management
• Support business teams through OQ, PQ, and UAT activities
• Lead fit-gap workshops and recommend solutions with effort estimates
• Handle audit and information security assessment responses
• Partner with infrastructure teams to address PC, server, and network requirements

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or factory IT operations
• Experience working in a global matrix organisation
• Understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
• Fluent level Japanese and English
