ITストアマネージャー/ IT Store Manager

A global retail company is looking for an IT Store Manager. The selected candidate will oversee IT operations, applications, and services across stores while managing a small team and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Manage IT equipment and services for new store openings, renovations, and closures
• Oversee daily store IT operations including POS, scanners, networks, PCs, and mobile devices
• Develop and maintain store applications and POS systems
• Handle IT service management including helpdesk, incident response, and improvement proposals
• Control IT assets, lifecycle, and store IT budgets
• Coordinate with vendors, departments, and headquarters IT teams for smooth implementation

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure design, execution, and operations (network, server, cloud)
• More than 3 years of experience as a team leader in management
• Experience in system operations and implementation phases
• Prior experience in infrastructure technologies
• Proven experience in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory management
• Background with Windows PC and mobile devices (iPhones/iPads)
• Prior background in operational management with physical servers and data centers
• Proven experience in executing and operating virtualisation platforms using VMware or Hyper-V
• Excellent project management skills (project management, issue management, cost management)
