ビジネス情報マネージャー/ Business Information Manager

A global pharmaceutical company is seeking a Business Information Manager, Supply Chain Master Data. The selected candidate will drive data governance and quality initiatives to support global and regional business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead global master data governance, ensuring alignment across Material, Vendor, and Customer domains
• Promote adherence to MDM policies, procedures, and data quality standards across functions
• Provide operational and strategic support for MDM activities, including product launches and process improvements
• Collaborate with SAP CoE and manage MDM systems and tools such as Semarchy
• Partner with global and regional stakeholders to embed best practices and support business transformation
• Act as the main contact for Japan’s MDM initiatives, aligning local processes with global frameworks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 8 years of experience in IT
• More than 5 years of experience in data domains
• Experience with MDM tools and end-to-end MDM implementation
• Prior experience in supply chain processes and related data
• Proven experience in life science industry is a plus
• Background in ERP (SAP S/4HANA) is ideal
• Prior background in data management at global or regional level
• Proven experience in implementing responsibility for managing data quality and/or, governance, maintenance processes, cleansing & migration, basic data modelling
• Proficient in Japanese; business level English
