Senior Director of Customer Success

A global software development company is looking for a Senior Director of Customer Success. The selected candidate will lead customer experience efforts, coordinate projects, and drive upselling and renewals with existing customers.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver presentations to highlight product value and benefits
• Manage upsell and renewal initiatives with existing customers
• Stay informed and up-to-date on conversational AI trends
• Coordinate and estimate project plans, timelines, and metrics
• Collaborate with product owners and application specialists to manage product backlogs
• Provide high-level and detailed project status updates to leadership
• Serve as the main contact for project-related inquiries
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in technology, sciences, or other relevant domain
• More than 15 years of experience building complex solutions (on-premises and SaaS in the cloud is a plus )
• Strong IT skills
• Knowledge of professional selling techniques
• Understanding of hardware and software solutions
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
