A global software development company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Professional Services. The selected candidate will lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams and partners to deliver business value
• Educate partners and customers on product capabilities and best practices
• Define and manage service portfolios, including budgets and deliverables
• Oversee project execution, risk mitigation, and quality assurance
• Act as main point of contact for client executives and build trusted relationships
• Provide feedback to product teams and drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in technology, sciences, or relevant domain
• Morte than 10 years of experience in building complex solutions (on-prem and SaaS in the cloud is ideal)
• Understanding of Java, JavaScript, Objective-C, Swift, etc.
• Knowledge of commonly deployed hardware and software solutions
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Business level English
