サイバーセキュリティガバナンス副社長/ Cyber Security Governance VP

A global medical devices company is seeking a Vice President of Cyber Security Governance, Global. The role includes overseeing enterprise-wide cybersecurity initiatives, corporate risk alignment, and cyber crisis management.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement corporate cybersecurity strategy in line with organisational risk management
• Drive and monitor strategy execution across all functions globally
• Assess and visualise corporate cybersecurity risks for senior management
• Update strategies to align with business needs, external requirements, and progress
• Identify risks, create mitigation plans, and support the deployment of measures
• Oversee cyber crisis management, including leading SIRT and corporate-level BCP/BCM initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 3 years of experience in an international IT company
• More than 3 years of experience interpreting strategy and policy to set and deliver objectives within mid to long time frames
• More than 3 years of forensic experience against security incidents
• Possess valid certifications such as CISSP is a plus
• Business level Japanese and English
