IT HRISオペレーションマネージャー/ IT HRIS Operation Manager

A renowned multinational eCommerce company is seeking an IT HRIS Operation Manager. The role involves optimising Workday solutions and leading operational improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage Workday solutions from an operational perspective
• Assess current system and business processes and suggest improvements
• Enhance and maintain service design procedures using appropriate frameworks
• Mentor HRIS staff to ensure effective and efficient solutions
• Prepare and deliver operational presentations and briefings
• Oversee the use of internal tools for ticketing and configuration management
• Collaborate with HRIS leadership on regional and global initiatives
• Ensure compliance with IT controls and data privacy regulations
• Participate in special projects supporting the Global HRIS leadership team
• Recommend new HR technologies based on current trends

Requirements:

• Experience executing and enhancing operational processes on the Workday SaaS platform or similar platforms
• Prior experience developing operational protocols and processes to improve the Workday or related SaaS platform
• Proven experience building Workday operational strategies and practices based on quality principles
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Knowledge of HR data security and privacy, as well as IT General Controls and application to an HRIS organisation
• Fluent level English and Japanese
