A global pharmaceutical company is seeking an ERP Function IT Lead. The successful candidate will lead the IT stream of a next-generation ERP renewal program.

Responsibilities:

• Lead IT activities for the ERP renewal program, aligning with global templates
• Coordinate with business units and stakeholders for successful implementation
• Manage IT team members and ensure smooth project execution
• Communicate with global teams to foster collaboration

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Practical experience in project management experience with SAP ERP implementation or upgrade
• Experience in IT-related roles and cross-functional communication
• Work experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Knowledge of SAP ERP and enterprise business areas (finance, sales, manufacturing, or procurement)
• Familiarity with project management
• Understanding of systems supporting enterprise business functions
• Possess a valid PMP certification
• Business level written and verbal English (TOEIC 700+)
