プロダクトマネージャー / Product Manager

A multinational eCommerce company is looking for a Product Manager. The selected candidate will lead Billing & Payment projects within the Consumer Business Support System (BSS), from strategy to execution, collaborating with engineering teams and global stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Define project schedules, manage stakeholders, and oversee execution
• Analyse business requirements and set project direction
• Lead client relations, engaging with internal and external stakeholders globally
• Oversee backlog management and drive process improvements
• Ensure operational efficiency and effective project administration

Requirements:

• More than 3-5 years of experience in project management
• More than 2 years of script languages (Python, Shell, etc.) implementation
• Experience in managing projects with external service providers is preferred
• Prior experience with JIRA/Confluence is ideal
• Background in telecommunications, billing, and payment systems is a plus
• Skilled in writing SQL queries (joining 3+ tables, Oracle master silver level)
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Native level Japanese; business level English (TOEIC 800+)
