サイバーセキュリティ シニアマネージャー/ Sr. Manager Cyber Security

A global healthcare company is looking for a Senior Manager, Cyber Security. The selected candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for cyber security and compliance inquiries in Japan while leading collaborative efforts across teams.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the single contact for customer inquiries on information and cyber security
• Lead cyber security and compliance initiatives in Japan in collaboration with the regional officer
• Represent Japan’s cyber security interests by assessing business and customer expectations
• Facilitate communication and rollout of national policies, standards, and certifications
• Identify opportunities for cross-enterprise collaboration to scale efforts effectively
• Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure aligned and consistent customer responses

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Experience in managing and implementing short to long-term projects
• Prior experience with ISO 27001, NIST, or other ISMS programs is advantageous
• Understanding of Japanese healthcare industry and work relationship among various hospital-based IT systems
• Possess valid CISSP, CISM, or relevant GIAC certifications are a plus
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Proficient in reading and written Japanese; business level English
