グローバルセキュリティリスク管理/ Global Security Risk Management Specialist

A medical equipment manufacturer is searching for a Global Security Risk Management Specialist. The chosen applicant will be responsible for implementing countermeasures against various potential risks within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Security Governance Team and other related organisations to promote these measures effectively
• Regularly gather information related to external factors such as information security threats, vulnerabilities, and regulations
• Utilise platforms for vulnerability management, threat intelligence, and penetration testing
• Evaluate compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and internal policies, providing recommendations to strengthen security postures
• Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of governance and cybersecurity initiatives
• Engage with stakeholders across the organisation, including both technical and non-technical professionals, to facilitate collaboration and communication
• Generate comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate the status, issues, and recommendations related to governance and cybersecurity

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (IT major is preferred)
• 2-3 years of experience in risk assessment or analysis using IT Frameworks (ISO27001, NIST CSF)
• More than 3 years of experience in threat modelling and threat testing in a complex enterprise environment
• More than 2 years of experience in interpreting strategy and policy to set objectives
• More than 3 years of experience in documentation and reporting to management layers
• More than 3 years of experience in International and diverse environments
• Possess valid certifications such as CISSP, CISM, 情報セキュリティマネジメント試験
• Proficient in English and Japanese
