A multinational eCommerce company is looking for a Service Planning Department Manager. The selected candidate will lead the development and execution of innovative service strategies for corporate customers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Sales Planning Section
- Develop service strategies and product plans
- Review business requirements and compile budgets
- Collaborate with Group companies to promote new B2B businesses
- Develop new sales channels and services across industries
- Negotiate terms and provide sales support to vendors
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of experience in launching collaborative business with other companies is preferred
- More than 5 years of experience in introducing services to the enterprise and SMB segments is a plus
- Experience in management
- Prior experience in service planning in the telecommunications or carrier industry
- Proven experience in SaaS company
- Background in product planning and development
- Fluent level English and Japanese
