データセンターオペレーションマネージャー / Data Centre Operations Manager

A prominent data center provider is seeking a Data Centre Operations Manager. The selected candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, manage preventative maintenance, and ensure compliance with SLAs.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customer representatives and handle incident escalation
• Monitor SLA compliance and take action to ensure adherence
• Coordinate preventative maintenance and service repairs on critical systems
• Manage third-party engineering partners
• Review and amend electrical/mechanical system drawings
• Perform and manage BMS monitoring and alarm response
• Execute customer requests and serve as the first escalation point
• Operate and maintain emergency power generation and UPS equipment
• Write and modify operating procedures to ensure uptime and reduce errors
• Ensure safe working practices and compliance with policies and procedures
• Act as the key interface between all company functions in the region

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering, facilities management, or comparable specialism
• More than 7 years of experience with the operation of critical building infrastructure (electrical and mechanical) in the data center sector or related industry
• More than 3 years of experience in management
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Possess valid authorisation to work in Japan
• Proficient in Japanese
