ITスペシャリスト/ IT Specialist

A global biotechnology company is searching for an IT Specialist. The qualified candidate will be supporting customers in all lab information technologies topics related to business solutions. This position is based in Tokyo.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate key resources for the IT laboratory workflow project
• Troubleshoot problems onsite and remotely
• Help launch new solutions and implement software updates
• Manage complex IT projects both in the field and in-house
• Provide technical assistance for major commercial projects
• Act as technical support for the subsidiary or cluster

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science (biology or laboratory setting is ideal)
• 2-3 years of experience in a lab, medical technology, or relevant position
• Background in CRM
• Understanding of the complex client environment
• Knowledge of updated market latest technologies
• Strong customer solution skills
