コンフィギュレーションスペシャリスト/ Configuration Specialist

A global trade and development firm is looking for a Configuration Specialist. The eligible candidate will act as a product implementation subject matter expert in one or more areas of the product offerings. This position is based in Tokyo.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate client needs and offer guidance on best practices
• Determine solution options and create specification documentation
• Set up the system as per requirements using the user interface and possibly XML or SQL
• Ensure configuration/implementation aligns with the agreed specification
• Create system implementation documentation for handover to Support teams
• Collaborate with product management for advanced system configuration and development

Requirements:

• Experience in sustainability (GHG, SASB, GRI, CDP) or supply chain
• Prior experience in a customer-facing position in a private company
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Strong numerical skills
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Native level Japanese; proficient in English
