A Technology Lead position is now available at one of the world’s leading fashion retailers. The candidate selected for this role will manage both retail and digital technology strategies as well as roadmaps for the local market.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical mentorship to IT colleagues
• Partner with senior business leaders to define organisational requirements
• Utilise the global DTC technology strategy to increase market share
• Oversee escalation management and negotiation activities
• Track best practices within the retail business
• Ensure the company’s compliance with SOX and PCI standards
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• 5+ years of digital experience at a managerial position
• 5+ years of project management or management experience within the retail or consumer goods business
• Proven success in developing digital platforms
• Expertise in creating RFPs and managing key outsourced contracts
• Background in product or platform launch
• Skilled in monitoring digital trends within markets as well as technology applications
• Excellent communication, planning, and analytical skills
