ITマネージャー/ IT Manager

An IT Manager position is now available at one of the world’s recognisable luxury brands. The chosen candidate will be accountable for overseeing IT operations, projects, budget plans, and established policies.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the effective management of IT services
• Lead issue escalation
• Handle KPI monitoring and identify improvement opportunities
• Drive inventory management success
• Facilitate IT procurement
• Drive IT initiatives within an assigned region

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in technical and management
• Functional understanding of POS applications, ERP, and EDI
• Expertise in cloud solutions or infrastructure in hybrid setups
• Skilled in people management and development
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically
• Native level Japanese; fluent level written and verbal English
