リモートITマネージャー/ Remote IT Manager

A globally recognised consulting firm is searching for a Remote IT Manager. The person who enters this role will be accountable for managing the company’s computer stations and software to drive operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Manage troubleshooting, software and system backups, archiving, and disaster recovery initiatives
• Liaise with project colleagues to facilitate internal system deployment
• Handle IT-related escalated concerns
• Maintain tracking hardware and software
• Foster sustainable relationships with vendors
• Oversee software, hardware, and IT supply procurement activities
• Support the deployment of career development plans

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in ECE, computer engineering, or a relevant IT or computer discipline
• 5+ years of experience in managing IT systems
• 3+ years of experience working as an IT Desktop admin or manager
• Understanding of relevant IT requirements or demands within call centre organisations
• Advanced supervisory and people management skills
• Valid ITIL v3, Microsoft, MCSA certifications or a similar qualification
• Strong written and spoken English proficiency
