A successful cyber-security organisation is in need of a Security Operations Centre Manager. This position will be responsible for supporting staff and customers with IT security-related matters.
Responsibilities:
- Support staff
- Communicate with C-level customers in Japanese and English
- Maintain security in customer networks
- Communicate with security teams locally and abroad
- Ensure security guideline adherence in local networks
- Gather and assess operational data and KPIs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above is ideal
- 5+ years of IT security experience
- 2+ years of experience in a management position
- Expertise in the incident response process
- Understanding of endpoint security and digital forensics
- Fluent level Japanese; business level English
