Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of technical contributors through whom to provide support for maintenance and implementation of new systems
• Provide technical oversight and leadership necessary to accomplish objectives, input to financial and people resource plans for the relevant areas
• Develop and define work plans and priorities
• Conduct performance reviews of team members and give feedback to the team managing compensations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Experience in IT, especially with information security tasks or in a supporting role with security responsibilities
• Experience managing teams locally and remotely
• Possession of one or more of the following certification preferred: CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CISM, GSLC, CEH, GISP, CCSP
• Knowledge of applicable legal and regulatory requirements including the US Sarbanes-Oxley Act, PCI-DSS, the European Union Privacy Directive and the Japanese Financial Instruments and Exchange Law
