A leading medical device company is searching for an IT Operations Manager. This position will be responsible for conducting strong team leadership and collaboration and delivering IT services, projects, and solutions for their assigned area.
Responsibilities:
- Cooperate with business to understand issues and propose innovative solutions
- Manage service desk and end-user computing activities
- Oversee IT security policies
- Conduct internal SOX control monitoring
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with ITIL certification or equivalent
- 10+ years of experience in IT or IT consulting with 3+ years of team management experience
- Project planning experience
- Strong understanding of IT services and IT infrastructures
- Understanding of application systems, SOX, and business processes
- Communication proficiency in English
