AXコンサルタント/ AX Consultant

A renowned professional services firm is seeking an AX Consultant. The selected candidate will drive end-to-end AX initiatives leveraging Generative AI, RAG, and AI Agents—from strategy design to implementation and long-term adoption—primarily within sales organisations. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Define AI transformation strategies, future-state visions, roadmaps, and KPIs
• Align stakeholders and prioritise business transformation themes
• Design IT architecture integrating Generative AI, RAG, data platforms, APIs, and cloud
• Lead requirement definition and implementation of AI agents and AI workflows
• Develop sales enablement frameworks and deliver training programs
• Support product deployment, operational design, and ongoing adoption of AI solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Experience negotiating and building consensus with enterprise clients (from frontline staff to executives, including IT and security departments)
• Prior consulting experience at the intersection of technology and business (from strategy to implementation and operations, especially involving AI/data utilisation)
• Proven experience in large-scale project management and delivery
• Background in implementing or running PoCs for AI agents / AI workflows / RPA
• Prior engineering background
• Knowledge of Generative AI / LLMs

Preferred requirements:

• Experience using no-code / low-code AI agent builders (Dify or n8n)
• Prior experience operating or managing cloud / AI infrastructure’
• Proven architectural design experience
• Background in business transformation, RevOps, or sales enablement
• Understanding of data platforms and search systems
