A global security company is looking for a Solutions Consultant 2. The selected candidate will deliver technical expertise, demonstrations, and advisory services to support customer success.

Responsibilities:

• Present technical benefits of security solutions to customers
• Deliver persuasive product demonstrations and address technical inquiries
• Provide consulting and best practice guidance for design, implementation, and migration projects
• Support design testing and customer PoC verification
• Offer verification support and technical advisory to clients
• Lead solution processes for resolving customer issues

Requirements:

• Experience in pre-sales SE
• Prior experience in pre-sales proposal activities (customer analysis, problem setting, and solution proposal)
• Proven experience in customer network environments and security measures
• Background in network design (LAN/WAN, BGP, OSPF, etc.)
• Prior background in security solution (cybersecurity, internal security, cloud security, etc.)
• Knowledge of peripheral technologies
• Fluent level Japanese; proficient in reading and written English
