DXコンサルタント/ DX Consultant

A global IT consulting services company is looking for a DX Consultant. The selected candidate will lead digital transformation initiatives, including cloud migration, application development, and legacy system renewal.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate strategies and create proposals for clients
• Migrate legacy systems to cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
• Adapt outdated systems and processes to modern technologies for improved flexibility and efficiency
• Redesign business processes and rebuild applications aligned with client needs
• Support IoT data infrastructure, e-commerce platforms, and AI-based projects
• Collaborate with global teams to implement agile and DevOps methodologies

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of leadership experience in system development
• Proven client negotiation experience, including specifications, scope, and scheduling
• Experience at a consulting company
• Prior cloud-native development projects experience
• Experience in scratch development, Agile, or DevOps development
• Possess valid cloud-related certifications
• Native level Japanese (JLPT N1)
