ビジネスコンサルタント/ Business Consultant

A global IT company is looking for a Business Consultant. The selected candidate will provide consulting services on financial crime, support business transformation, and deliver solutions to clients. This is a contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Provide consulting services to clients in financial crime and compliance operations
• Mentor and guide the Japan BA team with thought leadership and quality standards
• Support pre- and post-sales processes with domain expertise
• Provide value-added consulting in performance improvement and business transformation
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
• Assess solution fit, identify product gaps, and communicate with clients
• Create social media content such as blogs and online seminars to promote services
• Represent the company at industry events, including public speaking engagements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field
• 10-15 years of experience in financial crime consulting, regulatory bodies, or large financial institutions
• Experience in business development with solutions involving significant service components
• Proven subject matter expertise in financial crime, compliance operations, and artificial intelligence
• Skilled in writing blogs, delivering online seminars, and public speaking
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Possess a valid MBA qualification is preferred
