UXリサーチ担当/ UX Research Operations

A UX Research Operations role is now open in a renowned technology company. The selected candidate will be managing UX Research operations, ensuring that quality user research is conducted effectively. This is a long-term contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage UX Research operations to support UX researchers in planning, conducting, and applying quality user research
• Standardise research methods and supporting documentation to enable consistent application across teams
• Recruit and manage research participants and set-ups across studies
• Support the management of user-research insights by adding to the UX Research Repository
• Manage contracts with vendors, engage with stakeholders and act as a point of communication
• Manage Research Ethics applications and approvals for all UX research
• Partner with colleagues globally to meet the varied needs of UX Infrastructure and the UX Research community
• Support UX researchers to conduct on-site qualitative and quantitative user research studies using the UX simulation as a data collection tool

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in psychology, human factors, human-computer interaction, or a related field
• More than 1 year of experience working as DesignOps, ResearchOps, or Research Assistant
• More than 1 year of experience working in a UX research or operations team, UX project management, or an equivalent role
• Experience working with and managing UX research or Marketing Research vendors is preferred
• Experience working with immersive or spatial computing platforms (VR/AR) is preferred
• Experience working with startups from early phases to build products and services is preferred
• Business level Japanese (JLPT 1 or equivalent) and English
