PLMコンサルタント / PLM Consultant

A global IT consulting company is looking for a PLM Consultant (Windchill). The selected candidate will manage system design, implementation, and technical consulting to support PLM solutions for manufacturing clients.

Responsibilities:

• Perform Windchill basic configuration, system design, implementation tasks, and troubleshooting during deployment
• Configure and integrate Windchill with IT environments such as ERP, CAD, and CAE, including data migration
• Handle Windchill version upgrades, function modifications, and add-on function development
• Act as a liaison for technical inquiries and provide consulting on PLM system expansion and maintenance
• Provide technical training and operational design consulting when needed
• Take on additional responsibilities aligned with individual skills, such as business consulting, offshore management, or pre-sales activities

Requirements:

• Practical experience in IT systems related to production management and PLM
• Proven experience in requirement definition and functional design
• Technical experience with Windchill is ideal
• Consulting experience in design development, production, and manufacturing operations is a plus
• Development experience using .NET, C, C++, or Java is desired
• Project management experience, especially in medium-to-large projects is preferred
• Understanding of business operations in the manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of Product Information Management (BOM)
• Possess a valid PMP certification or equivalent qualifications
• Fluent level written and verbal Japanese; proficient in English
