ビジネスコンサルタント/ Business Consultant

A global software development company is looking for a Business Consultant. The selected candidate will analyse client requirements, configure solutions, and provide technical support.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse client needs and translate them into functional solutions
• Identify efficient and user-friendly implementation strategies
• Define budgets for configuration, migration, and reporting
• Configure solutions, manage data migrations, and develop reporting tools
• Oversee system operations, security, testing, and technical support
• Support pre-sales and commercial activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (finance, accounting, economics, IT, or engineering)
• Experience in software implementation projects
• Prior experience with data migration, ETL tools or reporting tools (Crystal reports, Business Objects, etc.) is ideal
• Understanding of business processes (financial and administrative) is preferred
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Possess valid authorisation to work in Japan
• Fluent level Japanese and English
