プリンシパルソリューションコンサルタント/ Principal Solution Consultant

A global software solutions provider is seeking a Principal Solution Consultant. The selected candidate will leverage technical expertise and consultative skills to identify client needs, deliver tailored solutions, and support sales efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Apply consultative skills to understand customer challenges and present solutions
• Articulate technical functionality, value creation, and business process improvements
• Partner with account teams to develop and execute account strategies
• Conduct customer workshops, demonstrations, and technical seminars
• Develop and deliver commercial proposals and responses to RFPs
• Lead customer engagements to define and implement solution strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemical Engineering
• 10-12 years of practical experience in consulting, technology, or chemical industries
• 8-10 years of experience with process simulation tools like HYSYS, PRO-II, or ChemCAD
• Practical experience in modelling & simulation of Chemicals or Refinery Process Units using HYSYS and Plus
• Hands on experience in tools like Capital Cost Estimator, our Custom Modeler, our Adsorption, Plus Dynamics, our Polymers, and Heat Exchanger Design and Rating tools
• Expertise in petrochemicals, fine chemicals, or polymer industries
• Proficient in process modelling, cost estimation, and digital twins
• Experience in Concurrent Engineering / FEED design and deliverables is a plus
• Prior industry experience from operating companies is preferred
• Experience in AI/ML, Data Modeling would be a plus
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Bilingual level Japanese and English
