A global software company is looking for a Business Consultant. The selected candidate will lead Agile deployment projects, providing expertise in retail, apparel and footwear, FMCG, and high-fashion markets.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver Agile deployment projects on schedule, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Provide technical leadership for pre-sales and implementation in relevant industry solutions
• Manage deployment per Agile methodologies, including process mapping and best practices
• Conduct customer business process analysis, system configuration, and legacy system conversions
• Guide customers on process alignment, validation, and training for ongoing support
• Share FMCG domain expertise to enhance product development, QA, and customer support

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, MIS, engineering, or a similar domain
• More than 2 years of experience in real-world PLM and enterprise system integration deployment in the domain
• Experience with FMCG, apparel, footwear, fashion, F&B, cosmetics, and luxury markets
• Prior experience in PLM technologies and execution or configuration skills
• Proven experience in project management
• Background with modelling methods and techniques (e.g. UML) and enterprise process and information modelling and modelling in general
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Fluent level Japanese and English
