プリンシパルソリューションオーナーシップ/ Principal Solution Ownership

An international business and technology consulting firm is searching for a Principal Solution Ownership. The successful candidate will define project delivery roadmaps and financials, hands-on management of complex projects with multiple work streams and strong partnership with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Execute extensive, intricate software delivery project and program management during client engagements
• Establish and operate within an agile project governance framework
• Guide the agile software delivery team, addressing issues and mitigating risks
• Serve as the functional and subject matter expert for the client's solution under development
• Define and verify the technical approach, strategy, and deliverables for the project
• Lead, facilitate, and participate in meetings
• Provide management with project status reports; assist in testing scenarios and validate outcomes
• Develop and deliver client presentations and work products/prototypes
• Conduct technical analysis to assess current and future business performance

Requirements:

• 10-15 years of experience in all phases of product development, software development, and testing lifecycles
• Practical experience in leading all Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, review, demo, and stand-up sessions
• Ability to serve as a liaison between both business and technical teams
• Passionate in building software solutions with state-of-the-art technology
• Business level Japanese and English
