リードコンサルタント/ Lead Consultant

A global human resources company is looking for a Lead Consultant. The selected candidate will coordinate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, propose solutions, and ensure smooth project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Hold workshops to gather client requirements
• Collaborate with clients and past vendors to understand current data and processes
• Analyse client needs to propose solutions for system, payroll, and other core services
• Design and document solutions based on client requirements and process guidelines
• Assist clients during data cleansing, mapping, and conversion, including data loads
• Conduct end-user training and create relevant training materials
• Create test scripts to help clients test the solution effectively
• Support clients through various implementation phases, from UAT to Go-Live
• Report project issues to the Implementation Manager, including risks and delays
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure understanding of client requirements and timely project delivery

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science or information management
• More than 3 years of experience in SAP HR or payroll industry
• Experience in 1 full cycle of Japan HR or payroll project
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Possess valid SAP HR or payroll consultant certification is ideal
• Proficient in English and Japanese is a plus
