A global human resources company is looking for a Lead Consultant. The selected candidate will coordinate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, propose solutions, and ensure smooth project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Hold workshops to gather client requirements
- Collaborate with clients and past vendors to understand current data and processes
- Analyse client needs to propose solutions for system, payroll, and other core services
- Design and document solutions based on client requirements and process guidelines
- Assist clients during data cleansing, mapping, and conversion, including data loads
- Conduct end-user training and create relevant training materials
- Create test scripts to help clients test the solution effectively
- Support clients through various implementation phases, from UAT to Go-Live
- Report project issues to the Implementation Manager, including risks and delays
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure understanding of client requirements and timely project delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science or information management
- More than 3 years of experience in SAP HR or payroll industry
- Experience in 1 full cycle of Japan HR or payroll project
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Possess valid SAP HR or payroll consultant certification is ideal
- Proficient in English and Japanese is a plus
