A multinational HR software company is looking for an Implementation Consultant. The selected applicant will be responsible for implementing and supporting the software products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct blueprinting workshops to understand the client's requirements
- Work closely with clients and previous vendors to gather all existing data
- Design and document the client’s solution according to the company’s documentation guidelines
- Provide end-user training including creating training material and systems
- Generate test scripts to enable clients to adequately test the solution
- Support clients throughout the UAT, Parallel and Go-Live phases
- Escalate project issues including scope variations, task slippages and any risks
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science or related
- Practical experience in ERP system implementation, R&D, QA etc. (HRIS is ideal)
- Knowledge of implementation methodologies
- Understanding of support methodologies including use of an issue tracking system
- Ability to use a document management system
