SAP ITコンサルタント/ SAP IT Consultant

A renowned international sportswear company is seeking a DTC-SAP IT Consultant. The selected candidate will support the business solutions, collaborate with global leads, and contribute to process transformations to align with global standards.

Responsibilities:

• Enhance global DTC template while considering regional requirements
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with business representatives globally and regionally
• Provide functional support for change requests, system enhancements, maintenance, and upgrades
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to manage interdependencies and global landscape considerations
• Offer in-depth technical and business process advice for the SAP DTC stream to deliver the Global Template solution
• Anticipate and manage business issues, ensuring timely resolution

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• Practical experience with SAP Direct to Consumer processes (SD, MM)
• Prior work experience in multicultural and virtual teams
• Experience in the Retail / EC functional stream is ideal
• SAP CAR experience is a plus
• Knowledge of POS and Retail Store operations is desired
• Background with SAP Retail or SFCC/SFSC is preferred
• Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English
