An international HR company is looking for a Workforce Management Implementation Consultant. The selected candidate will implement and configure Workforce Management systems for enterprise customers.
Responsibilities:
- Consult and implement Workforce Management solutions for enterprise customers
- Facilitate workshops to identify and document client requirements
- Configure the Workforce Management solution and lead overview sessions
- Maintain high competence while supporting multiple projects
- Assist clients with testing activities to validate solutions
- Support the development of other consultants and work as part of a cohesive team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, information technology, and business administration
- More than 2 years of experience in execution, support, and migration covering leading software solutions (Kronos Workforce Central, Kronos Workforce Ready, UKG Workforce Dimensions, etc.)
- Experience in consulting or client implementation in a technical setting is preferred (HCM or Workforce Management industry is a plus)
- Understanding of labor-management, HR or Payroll, ERP, or relevant domain products or systems is advantageous
- Fluent level English and Japanese
