ERPオペレーションマネージャー/ ERP Operation Manager

A multinational luxury brand is searching for an ERP Operation Manager. The selected applicant will Lead local ERP operations and provide support to the business with the help of internal and external teams.

Responsibilities:

• Provide functional support and ensure effective resolution of issues raised by the Japan market
• Collaborate with local business process owners to identify requirements and develop compelling business cases for improving underperforming process areas
• Act as a single point of contact for enhancement requests from the Japan market and help prioritise solutions by working closely with central Digital and Tech teams
• Responsible for user training and change management for enhancements delivered by the Digital & Tech teams to Japan key users or teams
• Act as first-level escalation contact for Business teams from the Japan Market

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in information systems (business administration, information technologies is a plus)
• 7-10 years of successful SAP implementation and support experience in a similar role (retail industry is preferred)
• Proven working experience with Sales & Distribution (Logistics, Pricing, Warehouse/3PL Integration) module
• Exposure to Integration of Digital solutions with SAP systems
• Cross-module SAP knowledge (FI, MM etc)
• Possess a valid SAP Certification is a plus
• Fluent in Japanese and English
