フロントエンドエンジニア/技術リーダー/ Frontend Engineer/Tech Lead

A multinational IT consulting company is looking for a Frontend Engineer / Tech Lead. The selected candidate will lead web application development initiatives, drive architecture and requirements definition, and ensure high-quality delivery for large-scale customer-facing platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Gather client requirements and define business processes
• Lead requirements definition and architecture design
• Design and develop front-end systems using React or other relevant technologies
• Conduct technical validation and proof of concept activities
• Utilise AI tools for code generation and development efficiency
• Review team deliverables and ensure adherence to quality standards
• Lead application maintenance, including incident monitoring, root cause analysis, and permanent fixes
• Collaborate with domestic and overseas engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of web application development experience
• More than 1 year of experience leading application maintenance, including incident monitoring and root cause analysis
• Experience in requirement gathering and system design
• Experience reviewing deliverables and ensuring quality
• Agile development experience
• Development experience with Express Node.js, React, JavaScript, or TypeScript
• Experience designing and developing REST APIs

Preferred requirements:

• Team management experience for mid-sized projects
• Experience in airline-related applications such as flight search, booking, cancellation, or customer portals
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines
• Interest in AI-driven or AI-native development
• Proficient in English
