シニアロボティクスエンジニア/ Senior Robotics Engineer

A global technology company is looking for a Senior Robotics Engineer specialising in Localisation & Perception. The selected candidate will develop and optimise robotics perception and localisation systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design and refine SLAM and localisation pipelines for mobile and stationary robots
• Develop perception modules for 3D point-cloud processing, object detection, and sensor fusion
• Integrate and deploy software in ROS with Docker-based CI/CD
• Optimise performance on CPU/GPU hardware for real-time operation
• Collaborate with mechanical, firmware, and product teams to deliver scalable solutions
• Lead end-to-end feature development and mentor junior engineers

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience delivering localisation and SLAM in production robots
• Knowledge of perception libraries (PCL or equivalent), classical & ML-based detection/tracking, and multi-sensor data fusion
• Understanding of software design patterns, testing, and code review
• Familiarity with ROS 1 / 2, Docker, and automated build / deploy pipelines
• Skilled in C++ and solid Python

Preferred requirements:

• M.S. or Ph.D. in Robotics, Computer Science, or related discipline
• Skilled in GPU programming (CUDA, TensorRT) and real-time optimisation
• Prior embedded or hardware-level integration experience
