DevOpsエンジニア/ DevOps Engineer

A multinational information technology service company is looking for a DevOps Engineer. The selected candidate will design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines while automating deployments and ensuring infrastructure reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub, and related tools
• Build and maintain cloud and hybrid infrastructure as code (IaC) on OpenShift
• Automate deployment, testing, monitoring, and rollback processes
• Collaborate with application, QA, and infrastructure teams to resolve issues
• Integrate security, quality, and compliance checks into CI/CD workflows
• Mentor junior team members and support best practice adoption

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of experience in DevOps and automation engineering roles
• Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub), container orchestration (OpenShift), and automation scripting
• Prior experience integrating testing tools (Playwright, Load Runner) in DevOps pipelines is preferred
• Proven experience with DevSecOps is a plus
• Skilled in AWS cloud services and architecture
• Knowledge with insurance industry requirements (data privacy, uptime, regulatory integration)
• Possess valid Security certification is ideal
• Fluent level reading, written, and spoken Japanese (JLPT N3+) and English
