機械学習エンジニア/ Machine Learning Engineer

A global mobility technology company is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join its Info Mobility team. The selected candidate will lead the development of real-time conversational support systems through advanced machine learning and natural language processing technologies. This is a contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a real-time conversation support prototype system
• Implement, evaluate, and improve conversation state estimation functions
• Design and enhance dialogue support functions, including flow, conversation, and speech pattern analysis
• Conduct topic modelling, engagement measurement, and CSCW-related analysis
• Design and manage user evaluation processes for developed systems
• Perform prompt engineering and create design and test documentation
• Participate in meetings and deliver stakeholder briefings
• Manage business travel for experiments, demos, and equipment setup and teardown

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience developing LLMs or conversational systems such as chatbots
• Experience in machine learning development using PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Transformers
• Proficient in Python, AWS, and GitHub
• Ability and willingness to travel for experiments, demonstrations, and related activities
