インタラクションデザイナー/ Interaction Designer

A renowned automotive technology company is seeking an Interaction Designer. The successful candidate will design and improve voice- and avatar-based interaction systems for customer engagement. This is a contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Propose and implement design enhancements for avatar-driven customer service systems
• Design and optimise voice-based interaction flows for seamless communication
• Analyse user testing outcomes and recommend actionable UX improvements
• Define communication cues to strengthen user understanding and engagement
• Develop and propose interaction design solutions for virtual office environments
• Lead UX design initiatives for new MVPs and digital interaction concepts

Requirements:

• Experience developing interactive content beyond PC, mobile, and web platforms
• Prior experience in interface and interaction design with a strong focus on user experience (Figma)
• Proven experience in developing systems utilising avatars or robots is a plus
• Background in designing 3D facial expressions and motion animations is preferred
• Prior background in collaborating with engineers from other technical domains is ideal
