AIエンジニア/ AI Engineer

A renowned technology company is seeking an AI Engineer. The selected candidate will design, build, and deploy AI-driven systems that enhance automation, data processing, and decision-making across various business operations. This is a contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy AI and machine learning models with a focus on LLM-based CV screening tools
• Manage data processes including collection, preprocessing, training, fine-tuning, and evaluation
• Collaborate with teams to identify business challenges and integrate AI-powered automation solutions
• Deploy and monitor AI models in production ensuring scalability and reliability
• Apply MLOps best practices and maintain documentation for continuous improvement
• Lead the integration of AI technologies to optimise workflows and decision-making processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• More than 3 years’ experience delivering production-level ML or Data Science applications
• Proven experience in training, deploying, and maintaining ML models using MLflow, Seldon, or similar tools
• Experience in performance profiling, distributed systems, GPU-based deep learning, and orchestration tools such as Airflow or Kubeflow
• Proficient in Python and SQL
• Skilled in multiple machine learning frameworks and selecting appropriate models for each use case
• Business level English (TOEIC 800+)
