DX担当官/ DX Officer

A multinational eCommerce company is seeking a DX Officer. The selected candidate will drive process optimisation through automation, AI integration, and digital tool implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse cross-department workflows to identify and recommend improvements
• Deploy RPA tools to streamline repetitive tasks and enhance efficiency
• Promote and support the adoption of LLMs such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Copilot in business processes
• Test and evaluate AI solutions, RPA platforms, CRM systems, and task management tools for company-wide use
• Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth integration of new digital tools
• Provide ongoing support and training for implemented systems

Requirements:

• Experience in executing RPA tools (Power Automate, Zapier, Automation Anywhere)
• Prior experience in analysing and enhancing business processes
• Proven experience with tools like Trello, Notion, Asana, or Slack
• Skilled in Python and JavaScript is a plus
• Proficient in English (TOEIC 800+)
