フルスタック開発コンサルタント/ Full-Stack Development Consultant

A multinational IT consulting firm is seeking a Full-Stack Development Consultant. The selected candidate will define, implement, and deploy application architectures for web development projects across industries.

Responsibilities:

• Define application architectures and design guidelines based on project needs
• Create and validate architectural prototypes while setting development standards
• Analyse existing architectures and propose improvements
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and assess their adoption feasibility
• Support team members in adhering to architectural decisions and design principles
• Manage client and team expectations, facilitating technical discussions and negotiations

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience
• Practical experience in web application development using C# or Java
• Hands-on experience in defining and deploying web application architectures
• Prior experience with Azure; AWS or GCP is ideal
• Experience leading or co-leading multiple projects and negotiating with stakeholders
• Previous experience with React, Vue.js, Swift, Kotlin, or Flutter is ideal
• Experience with Node.js or Go for backend/API development is a plus
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture
• Exposure to pre-sales activities related to application architecture
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development and DevOps principles is desired
• Familiarity with cloud architecture in Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Possess valid certifications such as Microsoft Certified, IPA Information Processing Engineer, or PMP
• Business level Japanese (JLPT N1)
