A technology company is looking for a Senior ML Engineer. The selected applicant will transform prototypes into production-level solutions, develop innovative features, and design robust machine-learning architectures.

Responsibilities:

• Transform prototypes into production-level solutions
• Develop new features for AI-driven marketing products
• Design robust machine learning architectures
• Work cross-functionally among multiple teams and stakeholders
• Drive the adoption of machine learning workflow best practices
• Contribute to the technical vision and roadmap

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, physics, mathematics, statistics, or a similar quantitative field (Master’s or Ph.D. is preferred)
• Master’s degree in computer engineering or machine learning is mandatory (excluding micro-master or similar degrees)
• More than 7 years of professional experience
• More than 3 years of experience in shipping production Data Science or Machine Learning applications
• Experience in Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong Python and SQL skills
• Experience covering the full spectrum from data pipelines to model training and inference (both batch and real-time)
• Experience in tracking and observability

• Marketing or ad industry knowledge and experience
• Demonstrated experience in developing AI products, particularly in targeting campaigns, audience expansion, and marketing campaign automation
• Familiarity with real-time display banner optimisation is a plus
• Business level English
