シニアフルスタックデベロッパー/ Sr. Full Stack Developer

An international insurance company is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer. The selected candidate will lead system development, provide technical guidance, and contribute to transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead PAS system development, ensuring high-quality solutions
• Oversee vendor governance and provide technical direction
• Manage end-to-end PAS development, including IT/ST/UAT support
• Support PAS transformation programs in Japan
• Guide and mentor development team members
• Communicate with vendor teams to maintain alignment and quality

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related field
• More than 8 years of IT delivery experience
• Practical experience in Tier 1 insurance carrier transformation is ideal
• Comprehensive insurance knowledge, including product definition, rating engine, underwriting rules, and regulatory reporting
• Mastery in COBOL/Enterprise COBOL, IMSDB, and DB2 development
• Expertise in mainframe platform setup and open system integration
• Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N3+); business level English
