A renowned technology company is seeking an AI Researcher. The selected candidate will focus on research and development of generative AI and LLMs, as well as the promotion of social implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Handle technical validation and implement generative AI projects
• Develop and optimise in-house LLM, preferably "PolySphere-2"
• Manage development and operation of AI agents such as "Heylix"
• Collaborate with team members to advance the social implementation of research results

Requirements:

• Prior software development experience (Python development is ideal)
• Previous development or research experience related to deep learning
• Hands on experience in project management
• Experience in leadership roles in cross-cutting projects
• Native level Japanese; conversational level English
