A global leader in the insurance industry is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer (IBM MF). The selected candidate will be responsible for managing PAS developments, providing guidance to development teams, and ensuring successful vendor governance.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee PAS development projects, including governance of vendor partners to ensure timely delivery of solutions
• Manage end-to-end PAS development, providing support for IT/ST/UAT as needed
• Contribute to the PAS transformation program, aligning solutions with business needs
• Provide guidance and support to development team members, ensuring quality and efficiency
• Collaborate with vendor development teams to ensure proper direction and delivery quality
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field
• More than 8 years of IT delivery experience in insurance industry transformations
• Proven experience with COBOL/Enterprise COBOL/IMSDB/DB2 development and IBM mainframe platforms
• Expertise in integrating IBM mainframe systems with open systems
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Business level Japanese (JLPT N3+) and English
