プロダクトオーナー/ Product Owner

A global IT services company is looking for a Product Owner. The selected candidate will develop and maintain a clear product vision and manage the product backlog. This is a contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a clear product vision
• Maintain and prioritise the product backlog
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements
• Act as the primary point of contact between the development team and stakeholders
• Work with the development team to plan and prioritise product releases
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to define acceptance criteria for user stories
• Continuously evaluate product performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
• Practical experience as a Product Owner or similar role in software development or product management
• Experience with product management tools (JIRA, Trello, or Asana is preferred)
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices (Scrum, Kanban, or Lean)
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Possess a valid certification in Agile or Product Management is a plus
• Fluent level Japanese
